| 内容記述 | 本稿では、前稿に引続き、大正15年「幼稚園令」制定期から昭和戦後期までのわが国の幼稚園・保育所の成立過程と制度の変遷と山形のそれとを比較し、検証することを通して、本県の保育の特徴について検討した。その結果、全国と比較して大正末期・昭和前期・戦中期・戦後期までの幼稚園の設置数は全国に比べて低いこと、増加はほとんどみられず一定数を保ってきたこと、その一方で保育所は、農村地域の乳幼児の託児所と幼稚園機能を併せ持つ施設として地域の共稼ぎ家庭を支えてきたことなどがわかった。このような状況は、本県が独自の「幼・保一元化」の保育を全国に先駆けて実施してきたことをあらわしており、後の時代の「認定子ども園」普及への布石となったと考えられる。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study investigated the characteristics of the childcare in Yamagata prefecture and the whole country from the 15th year of Taisyo to the postwar period of Showa. Accordingly, we found out that the increase rate of number of nursery school, or day-care centers both in Yamagata prefecture and the whole country, while the decrease rate of number of kindergartens in those era. Peculiarity, in Yamagata prefecture, the day-care centers which has function of integration of kindergarten and nursery systems appeared those era, introduced the Certified child Garden posterity. |
