College","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"夫の死後、精神的に不安定で、仕事に行く同居の長男を引き留めたり、次女の職場に電話をして訴えたりして仕事を妨害している母親の事例である。２人の姉と弟は親思いで、何とか在宅介護を円滑にし、精神的な不安定を取り除くように公的介護サービスを依頼してきたが、転倒や入院騒ぎで、なかなか効果的な在宅サービスが行えなかった事例である。この事例を通して、次のようなことが得られた。 \n　(1) 母親の精神的な不安は、ヘルパーなどが入ることで軽減される。 \n　(2) 母親の精神的、身体的状況が変化が、介護サービスが円滑に行えない条件となる。 \n　(3)
