The purpose of this survey was to show the changes of their awareness and clarify an issue by comparing with the results obtained from 「Perspectives on practical care training1」 and 「Perspectives on practicalcare training2」. This study made clear following points: 1) Most of senior workers strongly encourage students to acquire minimum requirements for nursing-care work such as ethics, basic attitude in human services, understanding of major diseases, in addition to the basic knowledge and skills as a professional care worker. Also, they want students to develop their vision of nursing care, and their view toward disabled people. 2) Students consider they should have learn developing methods of care process such as care planning, assessment and understandings about long-term care insurance system through practical care training in spite of students have been not recognized the importance of those things before training. This result assumed to be due to the students keenly felt the need the developing methods of care process, and felt the importance of long-term care insurance system. 3) Overall skills in nursing care are much needed for both students and their supervlsors. 4) However the caring manner is emphasized as an essential skill for care worker by practical training supervisors, most of student's understanding about importance of it was insufficient. 5) Teachers of training schools should correctly perceive reality of care worker institutions, and it is a task of pressing need to enhance the partnerships with those institutions to meet increasing demands for the quality of nursing care.
